Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, including respiratory therapy and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop targeted treatment plans.
- Operate and maintain respiratory equipment, including ventilators and oxygen therapy devices.
- Provide education and training to patients and families on respiratory health and disease management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- CRT/RRT license from New York State.
- BLS or ACLS certification.
- 1-2 years' experience in a hospital or nursing home/rehabilitation center environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and all levels of the organization.
- A competitive hourly rate of $50.00 (day shift) + $2.00 differential (night shift).
