Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage our yard and inventory team, ensuring exceptional customer service standards across our yard, retail space, and delivery services.
- CDL is not a requirement.
- Familiarity with Box Trucks or Flat Bed Trucks is a plus but not essential.
- Experience with Tow Motors or Front-End Loaders is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Delivery experience is advantageous but not necessary.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in delivery, preparation, and processing.
- Assist in the collection and delivery of items such as lawnmowers and grills.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Conduct daily inspections of the yard and manage inventory levels.
- Lead and nurture the stock and yard personnel.
- Perform routine checks on vehicles and equipment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be at least 19 years old with a clean driving record; a background check is mandatory.
- Capability to lift weights exceeding 80 lbs.
