Job Description

As a Full-Time Account Executive at HME Specialists, you will be responsible for cultivating meaningful relationships with Hospital Case Managers, Clinic Doctors, Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Sleep Labs to drive new orders for our Respiratory and Sleep-related products. Your efforts will be pivotal in differentiating us from the competition by providing unparalleled service and fostering strong connections.

You will maintain a keen awareness of market dynamics, enabling you to adapt our service and product offerings proactively. Collaboration with the Branch Operations team is key, ensuring first-class communication and service for our clients. Strategic planning of your territory and documentation of activities in our CRM will allow you to continuously refine your call and activity plans for maximum growth and success in this rewarding position.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous medical sales experience is crucial to understanding the industry and engaging effectively with healthcare professionals.
  • Exceptional communication skills are necessary to build rapport with Hospital Case Managers, Clinic Doctors, and other medical staff.
  • An empathetic approach enables you to understand client needs better, fostering stronger relationships and boosting customer satisfaction.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is vital, as you will navigate a competitive market and respond to changes swiftly.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is beneficial, aiding in planning and documenting activities to maximize growth opportunities.
