Job Summary

Align Precision is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team in North Plains, LLC. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining surface finishing and supporting equipment to effectively process products to specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate various surface finishing and supporting equipment to process products to specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety procedures and protocols.
  • Perform repetitive bench or line assembly operations to mass-produce products, following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy, identifying and reporting any defects or issues.
  • Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure products meet customer requirements and specifications.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in surface finishing and assembly techniques.
Requirements
  • Equivalent to high school education or related experience or training.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
