Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate various surface finishing and supporting equipment to process products to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety procedures and protocols.
- Perform repetitive bench or line assembly operations to mass-produce products, following established procedures and guidelines.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy, identifying and reporting any defects or issues.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure products meet customer requirements and specifications.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in surface finishing and assembly techniques.
- Equivalent to high school education or related experience or training.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
