Substitute Preschool Educator

About the Role:

We are seeking a Substitute Preschool Educator to support our mixed-age Montessori classrooms on an as-needed basis. As a Substitute Teacher, you will provide coverage for our full-time teachers when they are out sick or on vacation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily operations of our Montessori classrooms
  • Implement lesson plans and activities for children aged 0-6
  • Establish a positive and engaging learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Negative TB test within the last 12 months
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Valid state background check
  • Warm and friendly demeanor
  • Preferred: ECE units or recent teaching experience with children 0-6
