The Store Associate will be responsible for maintaining a secure shopping environment, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the store team in achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a professional appearance and command presence at all times.
  • Monitor store entrances, exits, and high-risk areas to prevent theft and shoplifting.
  • Engage with customers and associates in a friendly and respectful manner.
  • Identify and report theft incidents and suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
  • Support training and development of associates on shortage reduction programs and processes.
  • Participate in initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, AP/LP, or Operations.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and visually monitor the store environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and review business trends.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
