Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Anesthesia Technician to join our team at Advocate Condell Medical Center. As a key member of our perioperative team, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and supporting our anesthesiologists and nursing staff.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare the OR suite for patient admission under the supervision of the anesthesiologist/RN.
  • Maintain supplies and equipment for anesthesia patient care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide quality care.
  • Participate in environmental care procedures.
Requirements
  • High school graduate with diploma or GED.
  • CPR certified.
  • 2-3 years hospital experience/training.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
Working Conditions

May be exposed to hazardous materials and life-threatening diseases. Performs tasks involving exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissue. Ability to transport heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment with established time constraints.
