  • Determine if prior authorization is required by the patient's insurance plan.
  • Investigate claim denials and take appropriate actions to resolve authorization-related issues.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to gather essential documentation for billing purposes.
  • Assist patients with inquiries related to their billing and insurance matters.
  • Evaluate patients' financial situations and help establish budget-friendly payment plans.
  • Review patient payments before finalizing statements for submission.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, strictly adhering to HIPAA regulations.
