Contextual Insight:

- Thoroughly understand the principles of information security, including cyber threats, intelligence, and geopolitical factors.

- Integrate this understanding into the creation of context-specific training and policy initiatives.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Communications, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in information security, emphasizing security policy formulation, training, and awareness.
  • Demonstrated experience in crafting and delivering security training content and awareness initiatives for large corporate organizations.
  • Strong comprehension of security frameworks, standards, and regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Thorough understanding of information security concepts, including cyber threats, intelligence, and geopolitical issues, and the ability to incorporate this context into training and policy initiatives.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Security+ are highly desirable.
