Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in the home setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering and documenting skilled nursing care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, in accordance with the developed care plan and physicians orders.
Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment, executing physicians prescribed plan of care and compliant documentation of care provided in system of record.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, as well as patient assessments and coordination of care.
- Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members, ensuring a comprehensive approach to patient care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures.
- Six (6) months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting.
- Home health experience.
- Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance.
