Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the operation and day-to-day activities of your assigned clients with the objective of retaining and developing business that is in line with the business unit goals.
  • Engage with clients actively by maintaining and developing client relationship together with your Manager and relevant team members to achieve favourable Client Net Promotor Score.
  • Focus on client needs by developing and implementing short-term and long-term objectives, strategies, and initiatives in line with clients benefit philosophy and company goals.
  • Understand market trends by leveraging Aon United, connecting with subject-matter experts, intellectual property, and other relevant sources.
  • Ensure all commitment deliverables throughout the client journey and monitor the progress of compliance requirement, document completion, premium payment, regular reports submission, client visits, and other requirements and best practices.
  • Achieve and measure financial objective of required retention, roll-over, and expanded business from your portfolio.
Requirements
  • University graduate with 3-5 years of working experience within Employee Benefits in broker firm or insurance company(ies).
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to work with all levels within an organization and business partners (active listening, purposeful communication & flexibility) with a good command of the English language.
  • Able to prioritize and organize work with good time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Ability to deliver under pressure in a high intensity and fast paced multinational environment.
  • Negotiation Skills.
