Job Title: Quality Management Specialist

Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) is seeking a highly skilled Quality Management Specialist to join our team. As a key leader in our quality management efforts, you will be responsible for driving continuous quality improvement processes within our programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead accreditation maintenance and reaccreditation activities for our programs in coordination with LSF Quality Assurance Department.
  • Participate in reviews and analyses as a subject matter expert, serving as a resource to other team members and leadership.
  • Develop and monitor contracts, ensuring compliance with contract and performance measures.
  • Lead corrective action planning and performance improvement planning efforts for our programs.
  • Assist in training of direct care staff and shelter/residential managers to ensure contract and regulation requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of job-related experience, including 2-3 years in Quality Management.
  • Experience with an accreditation process is required for this role.
  • Strong leadership and administrative abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
