Private Markets Fund Accounting and Administration Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Private Markets Fund Accounting and Administration Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Private Equity Fund Services group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional accounting and administrative support to our clients.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and review daily position and cash reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.
- Process journal entries, maintain general ledger, and prepare capital calls and distribution allocation schedules.
- Prepare financial work papers, including portfolio schedules, partners' capital allocations, and capital statements.
- Monitor and process USD and non-USD cash movements.
- Review and provide feedback on work completed by junior associates and offshore teams.
- Prepare client correspondence and ad hoc correspondence as needed.
- Interact with internal and external auditors to provide requested information.
- Participate in special client or internal projects.
- 2-4 years of fund accounting or related experience.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently to meet client deliverables.
- Experience with Investran and/or investment/portfolio accounting platforms a plus.
- Specific experience in the Private Equity industry preferred.

Salary Range: $43,680 - $62,400 Annual
