Travel Nurse RN Position

Nurse First is seeking a skilled travel nurse RN to join our team in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting. As a travel nurse RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Job Summary:We are seeking a travel nurse RN with expertise in PCU care to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a travel nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare organization.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in a PCU setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Meet the requirements of the job, including shift work, on-call responsibilities, and adherence to Nurse First's policies and procedures.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Oregon.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a PCU setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and nights.
