Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grill Master to join our team at Genghis Grill. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of hot and cold menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Preparation: Accurately and efficiently prepare menu items following recipes, customer requests, and food safety standards.
  • Station Setup: Set up and stock stations with all necessary ingredients and supplies.
  • Food Safety: Maintain a clean and sanitary working environment, adhering to all sanitation regulations and safety standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and professional approach with team members and customers.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory management, minimizing waste and maintaining a well-organized kitchen.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the culinary team to achieve high-quality results and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Minimum age of 18 years old, with knowledge of cooking techniques and equipment.
  • Certifications: Must have all required state and local certifications.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lb., and be capable of constant walking, standing, and repeated stooping.
  • Communication Skills: Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to co-workers and managers.
Working Conditions

The Grill Master will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with frequent exposure to heat, noise, and physical demands. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
