The Judge Group is seeking a seasoned Continuous Improvement Leader to join our team at Judge Direct Placement. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving process excellence and operational efficiency across our clients' manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities
  • Develop and implement Lean Six Sigma initiatives to drive efficiency and quality improvements
  • Lead and facilitate process improvement projects, ensuring successful implementation and sustainability
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to develop their process improvement skills
  • Participate in the development and implementation of business strategies to drive operational excellence
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process improvement and Lean Six Sigma

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university
  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred
  • Proven track record of driving process improvement and operational efficiency in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and conceptual skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally
