Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Support Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing all incoming orders from Sales force, customers, and BAKEMARK affiliates. This includes downloading PSP orders into NDS system after review and correction of ROE Edit List, manually entering orders into NDS or PSP system when necessary, reviewing and correcting Order File Status Report, transferring order file for routing, notifying customers or sales reps. of customer item "outs", ensuring COAs, and Spec Sheets are provided to Customers as necessary, daily invoicing of credit memos, answering telephone and direct calls to appropriate person, researching customer, Sales Rep and BAKEMARK Affiliate inquiries, backing up to Will-Call and other positions as directed by Supervisor, providing Sales Representative vacation relief, filing documents as directed, assisting Office Supervisor with back office duties as needed, and adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety rules as stated in the Employee Handbook and otherwise posted or communicated.
