Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical systems to resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and address maintenance needs, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure proactive maintenance and reduce the risk of equipment failure.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, materials used, and equipment downtime.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including PLC troubleshooting and repair.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights, as required.
