Job Summary:

The LPN will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, Nurse Manager, or Nursing Supervisor, and will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to residents in our facility. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor residents and participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
  • Provide emotional, physical comfort, and safety to residents and their families.
  • Assist in supervision of auxiliary personnel.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Less than 1 year of nursing experience (preferred).
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP) upon hire.
  • CPR/BLS Certification - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) within 30 days.
