About the Role

AdeIphi MedicaI Staffing is seeking a skilled Adaptive Physical Education Teacher to provide high-quality services and support to students in schools across Cincinnati, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized physical education programs for students with diverse abilities.
  • Collaborate with special education teachers to create and modify physical education activities to meet the needs of students with disabilities.
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students' physical education needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students, including instruction, consultation, and support.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress and services provided.
  • Consult with school staff to develop and implement strategies to promote inclusive physical education practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Health, and Fitness, or a related field.
  • One to two years of teaching experience, preferably in adaptive physical education.
  • Current State of Ohio Teacher/ Occupational Therapist/ Physical Therapist License or Certification.
