Financial Receivables Supervisor Responsibilities
  • Oversee client relationships.
  • Evaluate and confirm funding schedules.
  • Conduct regular assessments of client accounts receivable reports.
  • Track and upload payment statuses.
  • Initiate collection calls as necessary.
  • Assist in the submission, uploading, and reconciliation of schedules and payments.

Financial Receivables Supervisor Skills and Qualifications

Financial Receivables Supervisor Education and Experience
  • Associate degree in business or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a professional office setting preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping functions, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Demonstrated job stability and verifiable references are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous.
  • Driven, self-directed, and team-oriented.
