Guideshop Name:

Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Bonobos is in search of a Guideshop Manager, equivalent to a Store Manager, for our Guideshop.


The Guideshop Manager will report directly to the District Manager and oversee a team consisting of 1-3 Lead Guides and 4-10 Guides.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive business performance by analyzing trends, optimizing daily sales strategies, and developing team members.

2. Assess business outcomes in your Guideshop to identify coaching opportunities and celebrate achievements.

3. Deliver an outstanding customer experience by maintaining a strong presence on the sales floor and exemplifying effective selling techniques.

4. Foster long-term customer relationships by maximizing the Guideshop client database and adhering to outreach expectations.

5. Manage the Guideshop budget, including expenses, payroll, and compliance with procedures.

6. Identify strategies to enhance traffic to the Guideshop through market brand promotion.

7. Recruit, hire, develop, and retain top talent.

8. Execute and uphold high visual merchandising standards.

9. Inspire, motivate, and lead through Bonobos Core Virtues.

10. Encourage an innovative environment and promote an entrepreneurial mindset.

Essential Qualifications

1. Extensive retail experience.

2. A minimum of 3-5 years in a retail management role or equivalent experience.

3. Proven track record of achieving personal and overall store sales objectives.

4. Flexibility to work a schedule that meets business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary Range:
$67,000 - $106,000
