Job Description:

  • Manage a patient panel with diverse needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
  • Treat patients in-office or in testing centers and conduct occasional tele-health visits.
  • Pursue continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
  • Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles and virtual clinical teams.
  • Utilize specific clinical training and perform in-office procedures as needed.
  • Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
  • At least 2 years of practice experience in an outpatient primary care setting within the last 5 years.
  • Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain certification within 1 year.
  • State-licensed in WA prior to start date.

This is a full-time role based in Shoreline, WA. The estimated salary range for this position is $265,000 to $285,000 per year, based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
