Job Overview:

The ideal candidates will demonstrate a commitment to resolving complex automotive issues while prioritizing customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Utilize technical expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles for clients.
2. Gain hands-on experience working on a diverse array of domestic and international vehicles.
3. Conduct thorough and precise vehicle inspections.
4. Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns efficiently.
5. Uphold and advocate for our stringent standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
6. Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer issues.
7. Work alongside fellow technicians to troubleshoot challenges, meet objectives, and achieve exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications:
~ A positive demeanor and a strong commitment to customer service.
~ Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive service.
~ ASE Certifications are preferred or a plan to obtain them.
~ Proficient in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle makes and models.
~ Ability to meet or exceed performance targets.
~ Willingness to learn new skills and processes.
~ Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
~ Interest in long-term career advancement.

Physical Requirements:
~ Ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
~ Capability to work with tools on vehicles positioned overhead.
~ Comfort working in confined spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
~ Dexterity to effectively use hand tools.
~ Ability to stand or walk for the majority of the workday.
~ Proficiency in driving manual transmission vehicles.
~ Competence in navigating computer systems.
