Server Job Description

We are seeking experienced servers to join our team at Knott's Berry Farm. As a server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and explain menus, answering questions and taking food and drink orders.
  • Communicate special instructions to kitchen staff and verify food orders are properly plated.
  • Ensure food and beverages are promptly and properly served, adhering to park standards and guest requests.
  • Process guest checks and accept payment.
Qualifications:
  • 6+ months of serving experience.
  • Ability to follow proper service standards for casual to formal dining environments.
  • Food Handler's card as applicable by state or provincial law.
  • Ability to memorize complete menu and explain to guests.
  • Ability to balance and transport large trays of food, up to 30 lbs., through a crowded dining room.
