Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service consistent with HomeTeam Pest Defense service standards and metrics
  • Provide information to prospective customers, initiate new service, and properly set up customer accounts
  • Maintain good customer relationships
  • Escalate appropriate inquiries or problems to managers
  • Talk to, calm down, and diffuse customers

Requirements

  • Ability to pass a drug screen
  • High School/GED or better
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Ability to work independently
