Essential Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT support roles.
  • 1-3 years of experience with SonicWall, Ubiquiti, and Meraki technologies.
  • 1-3 years of experience with operating systems, including Windows Server 2012 and later, as well as Windows 10 and above.
  • Proficient knowledge in areas such as Azure, Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, SharePoint, Windows Administration, and Networking.
  • Understanding of network security, firewalls, enterprise backup solutions, and VoIP systems.
  • Basic familiarity with networking protocols including DNS, WINS, DHCP, VPN, and TCP/IP.
  • Experience with LAN and WAN configurations and concepts.
  • Knowledge of backup solutions, anti-virus, anti-spam, and spyware technologies.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with a flexible mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Skilled in collaborating with users and IT professionals to identify, analyze, and resolve system issues.
  • Capability to effectively interact with other IT professionals and end-users.
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant Vendor Certifications such as CompTIA Net+, A+, Security+, VMware, and Microsoft.
Compensation: $65 - $80 / hour
