Job Title: Line Cook 2 | Lounge by TopGolf

Omni PGA Frisco Resort is seeking a skilled and creative Line Cook 2 to join our team in the Lounge by TopGolf. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food in a timely manner, adhering to menu specifications and company standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare all food items as directed by supervisor and to company specifications.
  • Work efficiently on an outlet hot/cold line, executing menu items in the specified timeline for each meal period.
  • Stay organized with prep sheets and station guides, managing your own timeline to get ready for service.
  • Use culinary equipment properly and safely.
  • Present dishes that meet our specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with other team members.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude in stressful situations.
  • Attend required monthly department meetings and company trainings.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of culinary experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen.
  • Ability to work efficiently without needing immediate supervision from management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as organizational skills.
  • Basic mathematical skills and understanding of weights and measures.
  • Able to follow recipes.
  • Unexpired Food Handlers certification or obtain upon hire.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure work environment.
  • Culinary degree and/or formal training is strongly preferred.
