Allegiance Industries Inc is currently seeking a Lead Floor Technician to oversee and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities. As a leader in facility services, we are committed to exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage an assigned area or building.
- Perform steam cleaning of carpets.
- Apply wax and sealant to floors, ensuring a polished finish.
- Utilize appropriate machinery for floor stripping.
- Conduct deep cleaning of painted floors with suitable chemicals and degreasers.
- Maintain cleanliness through sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Ensure the facility consistently meets cleanliness standards.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of departmental activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients and facility personnel to meet custodial contract requirements.
- Promote and uphold company culture and values.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a related field.
- Experience in managing custodial operations.
- Proven ability to motivate and train team members.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-directed with effective time management skills.
- Professional demeanor with a strong service mindset.
- Proficient computer skills.
