This role reports directly to the Leasing and Marketing Manager and/or the Membership Manager, focusing primarily on leasing residential units and promoting coworking memberships while achieving occupancy and leasing goals. Responsibilities include daily and weekly reporting as per established guidelines, with potential weekly calls to discuss leasing and membership outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver warm, welcoming, and engaging service while promoting the Akara lifestyle.
  • Conduct all operations in compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and all applicable laws related to residential leasing.
  • Facilitate the leasing process, ensuring that lease and coworking terms are clearly communicated and agreed upon by clients.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the property and major competitors through site visits and market research.
  • Assist in coordinating the move-in process for new residents.
  • Engage in outreach marketing initiatives, distributing promotional materials and advertisements.
  • Support application verification processes and ensure timely completion of lease documentation prior to resident move-in.
  • Contribute to creating enjoyable experiences for members during property events.
  • Uphold a clean and organized appearance in accordance with company standards.
  • Adhere to customer service excellence, responding promptly to resident inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Regularly inspect property grounds, buildings, and units to ensure they are functional, safe, and visually appealing.
  • Participate in mandatory meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in multifamily leasing or high-end hospitality/sales.
  • Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi, CRM, and Rent Café is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to compile reports accurately and on time.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations is essential.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and technology.
  • A college degree is preferred.
