Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Bilingual Therapies. This full-time position offers the chance to work with middle school students, providing comprehensive speech and language services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in middle school students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address students' communication goals and needs.
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social-emotional development.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to ensure goals are met.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Valid Ohio state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Previous experience working with middle school students preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
