We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, CAM Workforce Planning to join our team at Royal Caribbean Group. As a key member of our HR Transformation & Operations Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic staffing plans for our F&B cost centers, ensuring the right crew members are in the right position at the right time.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain end-to-end staffing strategies for F&B CAM Workforce Planning, including demand planning and hiring/promotion strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of staffing plans.
- Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends and outliers, informing data-driven decision making.
- Communicate complex messages to various audiences, including senior management, through clear and concise written and presentational skills.
- Lead and manage a team, fostering engagement, collaboration, and development opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Planning & Logistics, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or planning roles, with a focus on finance and analytics.
- Strong data analysis and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to set measurable goals and objectives, and implement strategies to achieve them.
