Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Della Infotech. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties and providing exceptional service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
  • Conduct walk-throughs of properties to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Prepare vacant units for new residents, ensuring they meet company standards.
  • Maintain the exterior grounds of properties, including landscaping and snow removal.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of prior maintenance experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance required.
  • HVAC certification preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of maintenance experience in a property management setting.
  • Experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
