Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Rancho Physical Therapy. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will be responsible for evaluating therapy needs, developing and implementing physical therapy programs, and participating in related clinical activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation and patient recovery
- Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery and improve quality of life
- Evaluate the effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress to the healthcare team
- Record and document patient care services, including treatment plans and outcomes
- Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care and provide a comprehensive rehabilitation experience
- Assist other facility staff members as needed to provide care and create a clean, orderly, and effective environment for rehabilitation and physical therapy
Requirements:
- Graduate of a school of Physical Therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association, or a foreign-trained equivalent
- Licensed by the California Board of Medical Quality Assurance or accepted for licensure within six months from date of employment
- Previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or a related field
- Ability to handle physical workload and build rapport with patients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong leadership qualities
