Nurse Supervisor (RN) Responsibilities:
- As a nurse supervisor (RN), you will be responsible for the resident care of your unit, ensuring the highest level of quality and patient satisfaction.
- You will supervise activities performed by nursing assistants and other nurses in your unit, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- You will chart and maintain accurate documentation for residents, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices.
- You will prepare and administer medications safely and effectively, following established protocols and guidelines.
- You will develop and maintain positive working relationships with all team members, promoting open communication and a culture of respect.
Nurse Supervisor (RN) Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing or a related field.
- A valid, current nursing license in Florida, with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Current CPR certification, with the ability to maintain certification.
- At least three years of experience in long term care, with a proven track record of leadership and patient care expertise.
