Job Summary

Webber, LLC is seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a hydraulic telescoping boom type crane to hoist and move materials, raise and lower heavy weights, and perform other related operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a hydraulic boom type crane to hoist and move materials, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Raise and lower heavy weights, and perform other related operations, such as placing rock riprap, clamshell, dragline, pipe, and pile driving operations.
  • Service and make necessary adjustments to equipment as needed, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform other related duties as required, such as assisting with site preparation and cleanup.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, with a strong focus on technical skills and knowledge.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to move throughout a construction jobsite, including climbing ladders and inclines, operating heavy equipment, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Heavy physical activity performing strenuous day activities of a primarily productive/technical nature.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers and perceive attributes of objects and materials.
  • Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions, with a strong focus on safety and adaptability.
