Job Summary

At Loma Linda Univ Behavioral, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist 2-Outpatient to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced clinical, problem-solving, and crisis intervention skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct clinical services, participate in case management, and intervene in high-risk situations.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team, collateral contacts, and community agencies to deliver high-quality patient care services.
  • Provide clinical supervision to pre-licensed staff, working within the scope of designated state license.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in marriage and family therapy, counseling, or a related field, or a Doctoral Degree in clinical psychology from a regionally accredited institution.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a behavioral healthcare setting, with a preference for experience in an acute psychiatric facility with an age-specific population.
  • Current licensure as a MFT, LPCC, Psychologist, or LCSW.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of psychotherapy theory and techniques.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in using computer software programs necessary for the position.
