Qualifications:

- Proficient in relevant software applications, including Google Suite and industry-specific tools.
- Demonstrated leadership and analytical skills.
- Exceptional verbal communication abilities.
- Proven experience in employee development and performance evaluation.
- Skilled in managing and assessing team performance.
- Understanding of time estimation for task completion at the operational level.
