Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a management role.
  • A minimum of two years in plant management or four years in production management within a relevant manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in relevant software applications, including Google Suite and industry-specific tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven experience in employee development and performance evaluation.
  • Skilled in managing and assessing team performance.
  • Understanding of time estimation for task completion at the operational level.
