Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Phlebotomist to join our team at Synectics Inc. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our patient service centers and in-office phlebotomy locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect blood samples from patients in a safe and efficient manner, following established protocols and procedures.
  • Prepare specimens for laboratory testing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and efficient laboratory operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; medical training or phlebotomy certification preferred.
  • At least 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations.
