Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Centurion Health. As a LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our medical and psychiatric staff to address the physical and behavioral health needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic nursing care to patients within the scope of practice
  • Work under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical staff
  • Respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required
  • Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
