Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the grounds, facilities, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all applicable federal, state, and local standards.
- Coordinate daily maintenance tasks with nursing services in resident living areas.
- Assist with repairs, preventative maintenance, refurbishing projects, and moving furniture/equipment.
- Ensure the facility and its equipment are well-maintained for resident comfort and convenience.
- Participate in safety inspections, tests, and drills as needed.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
