If so, Richmond Ambulance Authority (RAA) is currently seeking Logistics Support Technicians (LST). In this role, you will function as a vital support technician for all RAA field operations, ensuring that all ambulances are fully prepared for immediate response.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold high standards of health, safety, and ethical conduct
  • Thoroughly clean and stock all vehicles, facilities, and grounds while adhering to safety protocols
  • Restock medical supply shelves with necessary equipment and supplies for RAA operations
  • Replenish medical supply containers on ambulances to ensure readiness during decontamination and preparation
  • Maintain organized and tidy supply areas, free from obstructions
  • Allocate units and equipment to incoming field crews
  • Operate RAA vehicles for transport to and from service locations
  • Promptly report any unsafe conditions or practices to a supervisor
  • Manage and store documentation related to ambulance supply
  • Accurately complete and submit all required paperwork and logs for Quality Assurance
  • Document and securely store delivered supplies in designated areas
  • Update medical supply inventory sheets in accordance with new protocols and equipment
  • Assist during Emergency Mass Casualty Incidents (MCI) and provide lift support for field crews as needed

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Acceptable driving record in line with company policy
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screenings, including drug tests, background checks, and physical abilities assessments
