Job Summary

Mountaire Farms is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Night Shift Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. As a Night Shift Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the production process to ensure that products meet establishment specifications, and notify supervisors immediately if products do not meet specifications.
  • Calibrate tools and equipment, and perform technical special projects and assignments as needed.
  • Perform and record regulatory, SSOP, SOP, and Quality Attribute testing and checks, and communicate results to management.
  • Coordinate time management to perform tasks, participate in training and development to increase competency and commitment.
  • Follow all Company safety regulations and support the Goal Zero mission statement.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Must be able to follow directions/training, and advanced training will be provided to increase competencies.
  • Must be familiar with computers.
