Assembly Supervisor Role Summary:

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Supervising a team of Material Handlers to meet production targets and maintain quality standards
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and managing stock levels to meet customer demands
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive business growth
  • Providing coaching and training to warehouse staff to enhance their skills and performance

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A High School diplomaForklift experience2+ years as a warehouse supervisor or equivalent experienceProficiency with computers for printing orders and tagsStrong communication skillsAbility to work night shifts, with overtime as neededBASIC math skillsAble to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs
