Storage Firmware Design Engineer

Join us as we push the boundaries of what's possible with solid state storage devices. As a key member of our firmware team, you will design and implement features to support current and next-generation memory devices.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop firmware that optimizes performance, reliability, and functionality for solid state storage devices;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define overall drive functionality and behavior;
- Create specifications for firmware features that integrate within the overall SSD system architecture;
- Implement necessary functionality in C/C++ and utilize debugging tools to analyze failures and correct software defects;
- Minimum 3 years of engineering experience, with a focus on firmware development;
- Able to communicate technical ideas clearly and influence project direction;
- Strong 'C' programming skills; experience with logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and protocol analyzers is beneficial but not required;
- Innovative problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues;
The estimated annual salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on qualifications and location. This range may be modified in the future. Please note that compensation details may vary based on individual circumstances.
