About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional individual to join our team as a Pest Control Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of pest control services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Listen to customer concerns and provide effective solutions to address their pest control needs.
  • Identify and eliminate pests, and provide recommendations for prevention and control measures.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, sometimes in extreme temperatures.
  • Apply chemicals and/or mix solutions to eliminate pests, and use other extermination techniques as needed.
  • Develop strong interpersonal and customer service skills to provide excellent service to our clients.
  • Maintain all requirements by the Texas Department of Agriculture licensing authority and attend continuing education courses as needed.

Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with at least five years of issue date prior to the date of application.
  • Previous pest control experience preferred, but not required - we provide training.
  • Ability to work on roofs, high heights, ladders, and crawlspaces.
  • Dependable and disciplined individual with a desire to work year-round.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
