Position Overview:

Under general oversight, this role involves executing a range of custodial, landscape upkeep, and semi-skilled maintenance tasks related to buildings and equipment.

The primary aim of this position is to ensure that students and staff have access to a clean, safe, appealing, and functional environment conducive to learning and working.

Employees in this role operate under the guidance of a designated administrator and adhere to established policies and procedures.


Qualifications:

Any combination equivalent to:

  • Graduation from high school
  • At least one (1) year of recent experience providing knowledge and skills in general building, equipment, and grounds maintenance.

Possession of a valid California Class C Driver's License is required.
