About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Airport Ambassador to join our team as a Customer Service Agent Part Time. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting air travel sales.

  • Handles customer inquiries and provides assistance with ticketing and baggage claims.
  • Works effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains accurate records and reports any discrepancies or issues to management.
  • Collaborates with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Promoting and selling air travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders.
  • Providing assistance with passenger check-in and cargo acceptance.
  • Interpreting government rules and requirements for domestic and international travel or cargo shipments.
  • Meeting and dispatching aircraft within established times.
