About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our architecture community, you will be responsible for driving the overall architectural direction of the organization, balancing technological opportunities with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish guidance for product delivery teams to embed composable design practices and leverage AI to unlock value.
  • Drive reuse and sharing of technology and data to maximize value delivered to the business, ensuring agility and speed.
  • Contribute to Enterprise Architecture strategy from cross-functional inputs of business, technology, and industry trends.
  • Manage and oversee architecture design practices for the enterprise, ensuring a modular and composable approach.
Requirements
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis, or a related field of study.
  • 4+ years of experience working as a solution architect designing and managing complex IT solutions that follow agile methodologies and leverage an API first approach.
  • 8+ years of experience in at least three IT solution development disciplines, including technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management, or operations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience working with additional cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or SAP Cloud platform.
  • 1+ years of experience communicating effectively at different levels in the organization in English and navigating complex technology (e.g. AI/ML).
  • 1+ years of experience of using AI/ML models and Automation in large scale projects.
