About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Expert IT Solution Architect to join our team at Nestlé IT. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the overall architectural direction of our company, covering applications, integrations, data, technology, workforce technology, and infrastructure domains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish architectural direction and guidance for product delivery teams, focusing on composable design practices, AI-driven innovation, and simplified landscapes.
  • Enable an ecosystem of practitioners to contribute, assemble, and apply reference architecture patterns, facilitating rapid prototyping and optimized time-to-value.
  • Drive reuse and sharing of technology and data to maximize business value, ensuring agility and speed.
  • Contribute to Enterprise Architecture strategy, defining data architecture, and managing architecture design practices.
  • Facilitate technology product standardization, design custom configurations, and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture vision.
  • Develop relationships with Digital Transformation teams, Product Group Leaders, and other architects to understand current and emerging business needs.
  • Lead the architecture community to leverage Enterprise Architecture patterns, reference architecture, and composable design principles.
Requirements
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis, or a related field of study, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience working as a solution architect designing and managing complex IT solutions, leveraging agile methodologies and API-first approaches.
  • 8+ years of experience in at least three IT solution development disciplines, including technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management, or operations.
  • 3+ years of experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure and Mulesoft.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience working with additional cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or SAP Cloud platform.
  • 1+ years of experience communicating effectively at different levels in the organization in English and navigating complex technology.
  • 1+ years of experience using AI/ML models and Automation in large-scale projects.
  • 3+ years of experience understanding agile methods and processes, and capability of supporting agile project teams.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
